Anesthesiology Residency Program Director

Job Description
- Lead a fully accredited Anesthesiology Residency Program as Program Director at OHSU
- Deliver administrative and educational leadership in a nationally recognized academic institution
- Oversee curriculum development, faculty supervision, and compliance with ACGME standards
- Mentor faculty, chief residents, and trainees in a collaborative and supportive environment
- Join Oregon's top-ranked healthcare system, recognized for excellence in clinical care, education, and research
- Teach and supervise residents at a Level I trauma center with advanced technology and patient care facilities
- Collaborate with leading experts in anesthesiology and perioperative medicine to develop innovative programs

Requirements
- Candidates must have completed a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy and residency training in Anesthesiology
- Must possess or be eligible for an Oregon Medical Board license
- Hold an appropriate OHSU medical staff appointment
- Have specialty board certification through the ABA with active participation in the MOCA program
Benefits
- Competitive compensation of $475,000.00 - $500,000.00 annually
