A well-established and highly respected 392-bed full-service hospital in Columbia, Missouri, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join its dynamic and growing Cardiothoracic Surgery team. Job Description

• Wide practice scope: Balanced mix of cardiovascular and thoracic surgery
• Preferential schedule: 4 OR days and 1 clinic day per week
• Support: 1:1 APP and nursing support for each surgeon, dedicated CTS wing in the ICU with specialized heart staff
• Competitive earnings: Guaranteed base salary starting at $835K, with a lucrative productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance
