Job Description

• Approximately 75-80% administrative and 20-25% clinical role
• Provide leadership through oversight, planning, and execution of initiatives in Quality Improvement (primarily Vizient and US News & World Report)
• Ensure appropriate utilization of clinical resources
• Coordinate effort to improve clinical core measures, and implementation of patient safety, satisfaction, and effectiveness initiatives
• Develop policy, statistics, and protocols to accomplish these goals
• Total compensation range of $700,000-750,000
• Comprehensive benefits
• 6 weeks of PTO
