This facility is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Job Description

• Annual Volume: 36,650
• Physician shift times: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM, 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM, 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM (10-hour shifts, extended by 30 mins on Mondays); 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM M-F for PIT coverage
• NP/PA Coverage: 37 APC hours weekdays, 27 on weekends; shift times: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM, 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM daily
• Back up specialties available: Yes; Fast Track with PIT in place; standard EM cases with specialist support
• EMR: Cerner
• Certifications required: ACLS required; Board Certified or Board Eligible in EM, IM, or FM; Alabama license or IMLC accepted
