Family Medicine Physician

Join our dynamic team as a Family Medicine Physician in Riverside/Moreno Valley. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a 100% outpatient setting with a diverse patient population.

Job Description

• Patient population: all ages
• Typical daily volume: 18-22 patients per day
• No call requirements; nurse practitioners take all evening and weekend call
• Schedule: Monday - Friday with 36 clinical hours and 4 administrative hours
• Appointment time: 20 minutes per patient
• Clinical support includes dedicated medical scribes, refill/prior authorization team, in-house nurses, dedicated inbox management, and Epic EMR

Requirements

• Open to international medical graduates (IMGs)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $275K - $300K based on experience
• Bonus: RVU-based, up to $25,000-$30,000 annually
• Sign-on bonus: $20,000; relocation allowance: $10,000
• Employment model: W-2, employed
• Benefits package includes 100% of health benefits covered for the employee, 401(k) with employer match, 5 weeks PTO + 9 paid holidays
