Job Description

• Patient population: all ages
• Typical daily volume: 18-22 patients per day
• Practice setting: 100% outpatient
• No call requirements; nurse practitioners take all evening and weekend call

Requirements

• Experience in Family Medicine
• Open to International Medical Graduates (IMGs)

Benefits

• Base salary: $275K - $300K based on experience
• Bonus: RVU-based, up to $25,000-$30,000 annually
• Sign-on bonus: $20,000; relocation allowance: $10,000

Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• 36 clinical hours
• 4 administrative hours
• Appointment time: 20 minutes per patient
• Clinical support includes dedicated medical scribes, refill/prior authorization team, in-house nurses, dedicated inbox management, and Epic EMR
