Job Description

• 75% clinical and 25% administrative duties
• Flexible clinical schedule: Pick up 9-12 clinical shifts per month
• Lead a team of 16 providers
• Provide advice to the CMO on clinical matters in your specialty
• Work with Department Chairs and other Medical Staff leaders to support and develop clinical services
• Maintain oversight of schedules to ensure continuous clinical coverage
• Ensure the clinical service meets or exceeds State or Federal requirements and complies with applicable laws, regulations, and policies
• Align clinical practice with hospital goals and strategies
• Assist in the recruitment and retention of physicians and advanced practice clinicians
• Partner with other departments and clinical services to enhance patient care

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of leadership experience

Compensation

• Base salary: $350,000
• Sign-on bonus: $50,000
• Relocation assistance: Provided
