Job Description

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient Setting
• Type of cases and required procedures: Standard Cardiology Cases
• Credentialing timeframe: 60+ days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC

Requirements

• Board Certified Non-Invasive Cardiologist
• Oregon license
