    Job Description

    • Earn up to $550,000 base salary with an additional $25K increase for head/neck fellowship training
    • Enjoy manageable 1:4 call rotation shared evenly among providers
    • Practice well-rounded Adult ENT medicine with minimal pediatric patients
    • Work for a top 15 not-for-profit health system recognized nationally
    • Join an established team of 3 physicians, 1 APP, and 4 audiologists
    • Balance your schedule with 3 clinical days and 2 OR days weekly
    • Provide care for approximately 20 patients daily with structured appointment times
    • Receive additional incentives, including production bonuses up to $65/wRVU
