    Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner (NP)

    Join a collaborative group that includes physicians, an NP, an acupuncturist, LCSW, and MA support, with strong mentorship from experienced palliative physicians. This position offers a flexible schedule with full-time (1.0 FTE) or part-time (0.8 FTE) options available.

    Job Description

    • Competitive salary range ($149,000-$187,000, prorated for part-time) plus comprehensive health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.
    • Generous PTO + $2,000 CME allowance and 5 CME days.
    • Primarily outpatient with minimal rounding, offering variety without overwhelming call or hospital demands.
    • Care for a diverse patient population - approximately 80% oncology, with referrals from cardiology, pulmonology, and neurology.

    Requirements

    • Experience in Palliative Medicine (preferred) or related specialty.
    • Bilingual in Spanish preferred, not required.
    • Eligible for California NP or PA licensure.
