Job Description

Options for the following:
- 100% Remote Mammography
- Remote Mammography with one week per quarter onsite (Employer will cover all travel and lodging expenses for this setup)

W-2 Employee only role with benefits:
- Must work 1,250 hours annually to qualify for benefits (equates to about 140 shifts annually)

Compensation will be determined by scheduled desired but based on the following compensation model:
- $2,500 per shift for a 9-hour shift multiplied by how many shifts you agree to work annually to determine your salary.
- 42 weeks a year = 210 shifts annually would equal $525,000 plus benefits REMOTE

Case Mix:
- Screening Mammography, diagnostic Mammography, breast ultrasound, breast MRI, and DXA

Employee positions include health/dental insurance, 401K, LTD, malpractice, licensing/credentialing

1099 options available as well. Independent contractors (1099) receive per diem compensation in lieu of benefits package

Private Radiology Group

Partnership-track options are also available with one or two years to partner depending on experience.

Will provide all required equipment for at-home reading (Hologic or equivalent) along with a communication platform for engaging virtually with technologists and patients during remote diagnostic sessions.
Compensation Information
- $500,000.00 / Annually - $640,000.00 / Annually
