Job Description

• Schedule: As soon as possible - ongoing, weekdays 7 am - 5 pm, weekend 24-hour call
• Job setting: hospital
• Types of cases: general vascular surgery procedures, requirement fluoroscopy for major vascular surgery, moderate sedation
• Credentialing timeframe: 60 days
• Electronic medical record (EMR): Epic

Requirements

• Must be board certified
• Must have an active Pennsylvania license
