Annashae is seeking an on-site Psychiatrist to provide services to an inpatient mental health facility near Bloomington, IL. Coverage is needed throughout the week (Monday-Friday) 3-4 days per week. This position offers a manageable caseload. On average, psychiatrists at this facility would attend court 1-2 times.

Job Description

• Documentation of reasons for medication changes
• Monthly progress notes on patients describing changes in mental status, behavior, and psychopharmacotherapy
• Fitness Status (90 days)
• Progress during facility stay to justify transfer to less secure facility
• Review of seclusion and restraints at least twice a month

Requirements

• Current Illinois Medical license
• Current Illinois Controlled Substance certificate
• Current DEA certificate
• Board-certified/board-eligible in Psychiatry
• Forensic or Corrections experience a plus
