Annashae is seeking an Illinois state licensed Psychiatrist to assist in running a multi-unit facility located near Chicago's high-paced metropolitan area. Acting as one of the primary doctors, some day-to-day functions will include initial diagnosis, treatment planning, monthly progress notes explaining changes in mental status, 90-day fitness status, and other collaborative needs of the patients and facility.

Job Description

• Assist in running a multi-unit facility
• Perform initial diagnosis and treatment planning
• Write monthly progress notes explaining changes in mental status
• Provide 90-day fitness status and other collaborative needs of the patients and facility
• Manage a case load of 25 patients

Requirements

• Valid, unrestricted Illinois license
• Current DEA with no restrictions

Benefits

• Compensation of $215.00 per hour

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM
