Job Description

Requirements
- Board-certified/board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.
- Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of Indiana (or eligibility to obtain).
- Proven leadership skills with experience in clinic management or supervision.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
