Job Description

• Perform medical assessments and establish appropriate levels of care for patients.
• Provide expert care for workplace injuries, pre-employment exams, and urgent care needs.
• Collaborate with employers to address health and safety requirements, including worksite assessments.
• Offer guidance to a multidisciplinary team to maintain high standards of patient care.
• Deliver a warm, compassionate, and efficient patient experience.

Requirements

• Current unrestricted medical license in Illinois.
• Unrestricted DEA license for Illinois.
• Medical degree (MD/DO) from an accredited institution.
• Strong commitment to high-quality patient care and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Board certification or eligibility in an ABMS/AOA-recognized specialty is preferred.
