Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long-Term Care 13-Week Contract

Weston County Manor is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week contract in our Long-Term Care facility. This night-shift assignment offers guaranteed hours, competitive pay, and a weekly stipend to support your travel and lodging expenses. Job Description

• Deliver direct nursing care to long-term care residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the RN or physician
• Document care accurately in compliance with facility standards
• Collaborate with staff to ensure a safe, caring environment for residents

Requirements

• Active LPN license (Wyoming or compact state)
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience, preferably in LTC or skilled nursing
• Current BLS certification

Schedule & Benefits

• Night shift: 10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.
• 36 hours per week guaranteed
• $21/hour base pay
• $975 weekly stipend for travel and lodging
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Start date: two weeks from offer
