Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the team at Park Manor in Park Falls, WI for a 14-week travel assignment. This is a great opportunity for a motivated nurse who enjoys providing compassionate care in a long-term care setting while gaining valuable travel experience.

Job Description

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care environment
• Administer medications and treatments under physician orders
• Monitor and document patient conditions and changes
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure the best outcomes for patients
• Support residents with daily needs and provide compassionate care

Requirements

• Active LPN license (any state)
• Previous long-term care or travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work night shift (6 PM - 6:30 AM)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
