    Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Opportunity

    Job Description

    • Provide comprehensive care to remote populations (community size: 50-200)
    • Patient load: 6-10 per day across walk-ins and scheduled appointments
    • EHR system: Cerner
    • Access: Fixed-wing aircraft transportation in/out of villages

    Scope of Practice Includes

    • Primary care for pediatric and adult/geriatric patients (80% adult, 20% pediatric)
    • Services: Emergency response, lab, x-ray, ultrasound, pharmacy, EKG
    • Procedures: Low-risk deliveries, minor/major surgery, suturing, anesthesia, OB/GYN, gynecology

    Requirements

    • NP or PA Certification with AK license and DEA
    • 3+ years of experience in rural, low-resource settings
    • Ability to work independently and make confident clinical decisions
    • Board-certified, culturally aware, and committed to mission-driven care

    Benefits
