Primary Care Physician VA Outpatient Clinic (Locums)

Rochester VA Medical Clinic is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Practice Physician to provide adult outpatient primary care to Veterans. Providers will manage routine exams, follow-ups, chronic disease management (hypertension, diabetes, COPD, etc.), preventive health screenings, and participate in interdisciplinary care teams using the PACT model.

Job Description

• Provide adult outpatient primary care to Veterans
• Manage routine exams and follow-ups
• Oversee chronic disease management (hypertension, diabetes, COPD, etc.)
• Conduct preventive health screenings
• Participate in interdisciplinary care teams using the PACT model

Requirements

• Active unrestricted license in any U.S. state
• DEA certification
• BLS/ACLS certification
• VA credentialing clearance

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• No weekends or federal holidays

Contract

• ASAP start through April 2026
