    Requirements

    • Commitment to rural, tribal, and underserved healthcare

    • Board-certified
    • ACLS & BLS
    • Active, unrestricted NP or PA-C license & DEA (from any US state or territory)
    • No lapse in practice exceeding six months before assignment
