Certified Nurse Midwife

Midwife opening in Troy, NY, 7 miles to Albany, NY. Medical group is seeking a full-time experienced Certified Nurse Midwife to join its established and respected team.

Job Description

• Full-time office hours Monday through Friday with weeknight and weekend call rotation.
• Group provides comprehensive obstetrics and gynecological care, including routine and preventative care for all OB and GYN patients, as well as high-risk obstetrical patients.
• Midwifery group offers a full range of midwifery care spanning from conception to delivery, including Cesarean section assist and postpartum exams.
• We strive to provide a uniquely warm and personalized environment for Mom, family, and baby.
• Currently deliver at Birth Center in Troy.

Requirements

• Board Certification
• NYS licensure and DEA required
• Applicants should have interest in practicing a mix of obstetrics & gynecology
• 2-4 years of Midwifery working experience in an OB/GYN setting is required
