CRNA opening in Abilene, Texas offers a high quality of life both professionally and personally. CRNA needed to practice at the largest regional medical center within a 150-mile radius. This is a general anesthesia position with a family-friendly schedule. The mix of cases includes neuro, ortho, general, GYN, vascular, ENT, plastics, healthy pediatrics, and more. The facility is a Level 3 Trauma Center, in the process of becoming a Level 2 Trauma Center. There is an ACT model with the opportunity to perform spinals, a-lines, and epidurals if desired.
Job Description
- 1099 Opportunity: $324,480 annually for a 40-hour work week with call/weekends. Reserved parking and free meals daily. No state income tax. Malpractice coverage included. Additional pay for weekends and holidays. Option for no call/no weekends.
- Employment Opportunity: $299,000 annually for a 50-hour work week with no call; no weekends. $125/hr for any hours worked over 10 hours per day.
- $239,200 annually for a 40-hour work week with a peel-off schedule and post-call day off. $125/hr for any hours worked over 8 hours per day. Increased pay for weekend call.
- $60,000 in signing incentives for a 3-year commitment.
- $30,000 training stipend or sign-on bonus.
- $25,000 student loan repayment or retention bonus.
- $5,000 relocation allowance.
- Excellent benefit package including health, dental, vision, and a 3% retirement company match (403b), plus an additional option to invest in 457b, malpractice coverage, and many other benefit options.
- 7 weeks of paid time off in the first year (8 weeks of PTO with tenure). Additional paid time off for family/medical leave (can use for spouse, child, or parent). Additional 1 week of paid time off to pursue mission trips.
- $3,000 CME allowance. AANA ($645) dues paid annually. Reserved parking and free meals daily. No state income tax.
