Join our team as a Locum Tenens CRNA in Beaver Dam, WI. This position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Job Description

• Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours + call
• Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8- or 10-hour shifts
• Call: 1:4 beeper call (nights and weekends, no post-call day off)
• Cases: MAC, general anesthesia, elective cases, intubation, IV placement
• ORs: 3-6 active rooms
• Equipment: Drager Anesthesia Machine, Omnicell Medication Dispensing
• EMR: Cerner
• Trauma level: IV
• Nearest airports: Madison (MSN) or Milwaukee (MKE)
• Lodging: Per facility lodging cap

Requirements

• Board Certified CRNA
• License requirements: None to bid
• ACLS, BLS, PALS required
• Must be able to take both weekday and weekend call in rotation
• Estimated credentialing: 60 days
