Join our team with multiple dentist opportunities in Kentucky, located in Berea, Richmond (30 hours/week), Lancaster, and Irvine. All sites are Federally Qualified Health Care Centers.

The facility is a community health center offering medical, dental, pharmacy, and behavioral health services in an integrated setting. The clinic proudly practices team-based care, embedding health educators in the clinical care teams to support patient education, self-management support, and case management needs. Additionally, we have modified a process used by Kaiser to support our physicians in completing patients' preventative health needs. The practice has used an electronic health record since 2005.

Work schedules are flexible to support a work-life balance. Most physicians work either four 10-hour or five 8-hour shifts; however, the practice offers other options to support each provider's personal goals.
