Internal Medicine NP/PA

Seeking an Internal Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join a dynamic team on the Oregon coast. The role includes a 50/50 split between primary care and endoscopy pre- and post-operative consultations. Responsible for assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, care coordination, prescribing, and collaboration with community providers. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule in a supportive, team-oriented environment. The Electronic Health Record used is EPIC. This is an NHSC Certified site with a HPSA Score of 14.

Job Description

• Manage a 50/50 split between primary care and endoscopy pre- and post-operative consultations

Requirements

• Unrestricted Oregon NP or PA license and DEA registration
• Two years of primary care experience preferred
