Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Hospitalist

Join an experienced team of Hospitalist Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians. The role includes admissions, discharges, and rounding. Shift flexibility is required for day, evening, and night coverage at a critical access hospital with 24 inpatient/swing beds and a busy ER. This is a hospital-employed model.

Job Description

• Manage admissions, discharges, and rounding
• Provide care in a critical access hospital with 24 inpatient/swing beds
• Flexibility for day, evening, and night shifts

Compensation & Incentives

• Base salary range: $115,000 - $130,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
• Sign-on bonus: Up to $50,000
• Extra shifts pay opportunities available across the network

Requirements

• National certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• New York State license (or eligibility)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required (can be completed after hire)
• DEA certification required
• Inpatient experience preferred, but not required
