Mental Health Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our team in the Primary Care Clinic or a hospital unit in Woodsville, NH. Located in Woodsville, 100 miles to Manchester, this full-time position involves delivering high-quality mental health care, assessing and evaluating patients, and directly providing patient care in a collaborative environment.

Job Description

• Provide comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations for patients.
• Direct, assess, and evaluate patient care within the clinic or hospital unit.
• Collaborate with hospital personnel, patients, their family members, and outside agency representatives to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Offer direct mental health support and interventions to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

• APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Registered Nurse (RN) license
