Join a well-established surgical team in New Britain, CT, as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the Urology, Orthopedics, and Neurosurgery division. Job Description

• First-assist in surgery, provide perioperative care, and manage admissions and discharges
• Handle fracture care and wound care
• Work in an inpatient subspecialty surgery setting with a full-time schedule of rotating 27/13-hour shifts for significant work-life balance
• No additional call required

Requirements

• Unrestricted Connecticut Medical License (or eligibility)
• Physician Assistant certification or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) certification
• RNFA certification (for Nurse Practitioners)
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in a surgical setting
