Join our team as a Neurocritical Care APP (NP/PA) located in Burlington, MA, just 17 minutes from Boston. This position is an opportunity to be a crucial part of our 9-bed Neurosciences Critical Care Unit (NCCU).

Job Description

• Be a crucial part of our 9-bed Neurosciences Critical Care Unit (NCCU).
• Work with a team of 5 neurointensivists and 10 Advanced Practitioners.
• Provide primary critical care in the NCCU.
• Collaborate with attending neurointensivists.
• Care for adults with neurological and neurosurgical critical illnesses.
• Perform histories and physical assessments.
• Develop diagnostic and therapeutic plans.
• Interpret lab, imaging, and physiologic data.
• Complete clinical documentation.
• Conduct invasive procedures (arterial/central lines).

Requirements

• Critical care training.
• Neurocritical or critical care APP experience.
• Dedication to excellent patient and family care.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work semi-autonomously.
• Enthusiasm for teaching, learning, and quality improvement.
