Market Medical Director

Do you want to be at the forefront of preventative primary care? ArchWell Health is seeking a Market Medical Director to oversee its new and innovative outpatient centers dedicated to seniors in Little Rock, Arkansas!

Job Description

• Leadership, outpatient primary care position only
• Dedicated administrative and clinical split throughout the week
• Clinic hours Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (no extended hours or weekends)
• Small panel sizes that allow our physicians to focus and build relationships with their patients
• Full supportive care team that enables our physicians to spend dedicated time with each patient
• Cloud-based EMR and other innovative technology
• State-of-the-art facilities that are newly built and located directly within the community

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. graduates
• Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)
• Have at least one (1) year experience in progressively responsible administrative or management-related position in a primary care environment
• Have experience supervising providers and clinical staff with a demonstrated record of success
• Previous experience working within a managed care or value-based environment
