Job Description

• Outpatient position only
• Senior patient panel only (those aged 60 years or older)
• Clinic hours Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Small panel sizes that allow our physicians to focus and build relationships with their patients
• Full supportive care team that enables our physicians to spend dedicated time with each patient
• Cloud-based EMR and other innovative technology
• State-of-the-art facilities that are newly built and located directly within the community

Benefits

• Employed position
• Compensation model includes base salary and bonus (based upon quality metrics, not RVUs or volume) starting at $285k guaranteed base, $75k signing bonus, and 20% annual bonus
