Job Description

• Hospital with 2 procedure rooms and 5 recovery beds
• Surgery center with 2 procedure rooms and 6 recovery beds
• Nurses do procedure reports at the surgery center
• Traditional inpatient/outpatient opportunity
• Outpatient clinic 2.5 days per week
• 1:3 call, very light
• Hospital census is less than 10, robust hospitalist program
• You will have a dedicated NP to round and do notes
• EMR Office ECW/Hospital EPIC
• ERCP/EUS preferred but not required
• Established support team: MAs, CAN, RN, techs, secretaries, and schedulers
• Exceptional administrative support
• Support/mentorship
• Research opportunities are currently available doing over 15 research trials: gastroparesis, GERD, EoE, MASH, alcoholic liver disease, cirrhosis, hepatitis C
• 5 study coordinators in the research division
• 0.2 miles from The University of Kansas Health System St. Francis Campus, the only hospital
