Job Description

• Schedule: Full-Time Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• 6 modern operatories
• Fully staffed
• New, high-end equipment and technology
• 62+ new patients/month with immediate scheduling availability

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly guarantee
• Percentage of collections
• Average associate earning potential: $350,000+
• Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision
• 401(k) with 3% match + Roth IRA option
• CE allowance: $2,000 annually
• Lab fees: $0 if using preferred labs
• Malpractice: $1,000 toward annual premium
• Scrubs/uniforms: Two sets of scrubs + one lab coat
• Time off: No formal PTO, but schedule flexibility permitted with 60-day notice
