Job Description

• Work in a brand new office with 3 operatories
• Provide full-scope general dentistry
• Treat approximately 4,000 employees and their dependents
• Collaborate with a team consisting of 1 assistant and 1 hygienist, with plans to expand
• Primary payor is Anthem BCBS

Requirements
