Job Description

• Function: General Family Dentistry
• Assignment Dates: As soon as possible - Ongoing
• Schedule/Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (flexible schedule and open to full or part-time candidates)
• % inpatient/outpatient: 100% outpatient
• Patient Ages: All ages
• Patient Volume: Varies day to day based on procedure mix
• Procedures: General dentistry, composite, CEREC, molar endo, oral sedation, and dentures
• Support Staff: Front Office, 3 dental assistants, 3 hygienists, 1 other dentist
• Type of Charting: Open Dental

Requirements

• Oregon dental license
• DEA registration
• BLS certification
