Job Description

• Function: Endodontics
• Clinic Location: St. Augustine, Florida, 32902
• Assignment Dates: ASAP - Ongoing
• Schedule/Shifts: 1.5 days per week (Flexible on days)
• % inpatient/outpatient: 100% outpatient
• Patient Volume: 8 cases per day
• Procedures: General endodontics
• Support Staff: Front Office Staff, 4 Back Office Assistants
• Type of Charting: Eagle Soft

Requirements

• Must be certified in Endodontics
• Florida Dental license
• DEA Registration
• BLS certification
