Job Description

• Function: Pediatric Dentistry
• Assignment Dates: As soon as possible - Ongoing (1 Day per week)
• Schedule/Shifts: Flexible 1 day per week, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
• % inpatient/outpatient: 100% outpatient
• Patient Ages: All ages up to 18 years
• Patient Volume: Varies day to day based on procedure mix
• Procedures: General pediatric dentistry
• Support Staff: Front Office, 3 dental assistants, 3 hygienists, 1 other dentist
• Type of Charting: Open Dental

Requirements

• Oregon dental license
• DEA registration
• BLS certification
