Hospitalist

Full-time post-acute Hospitalist needed for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Clinical duties involve hospitalist work with admitting, discharging patients, and seeing them on a daily basis. These patients have been transferred for acute rehab services after a hospital stay. Support staff includes a PM&R physician and an experienced APP team.

Job Description

• Work schedule consists of Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM; physician can leave early once work is complete but must remain available by phone until shift ends at 5 PM.
• See an average of 15 patients per day.
• No night shifts required; however, share night coverage with other Hospitalists from home.
