We are seeking a dedicated attending physician with fellowship training in geriatric medicine to join a collaborative academic team focused on delivering high-quality care to older adults. Job Description

• Provide comprehensive primary care to older adults in a modern, multidisciplinary outpatient setting
• Serve as core faculty for a geriatrics training program, mentoring residents and fellows
• Deliver geriatrics-focused education and participate in academic programming
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and interdisciplinary care models
• Engage in scholarly activities and pursue academic projects aligned with your interests
• Participate in institutional conferences and collaborative care initiatives

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, and Geriatric Medicine
• Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in New York State
• Strong communication and teaching skills
• Experience working in team-based care settings
• Passion for improving care delivery for older adults
