    Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

    We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our client's multidisciplinary pain management team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in pain management, with hands-on experience in trigger point injections and a working knowledge of orthopedic care.

    This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative outpatient environment, helping patients manage acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain through evidence-based, minimally invasive therapies.

    Job Description

    • Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic pain
    • Administer trigger point injections and support other interventional procedures under physician supervision
    • Evaluate musculoskeletal injuries and collaborate with ortho, rehab, and physical therapy teams
    • Educate patients on treatment options, medication use, and lifestyle modifications
    • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
    • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
    • Collaborate with physicians and ancillary staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care

    Requirements

    • Certified NP or PA with an active license in New York
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in pain management or musculoskeletal medicine required
    • Experience with trigger point injections is required
    • Orthopedic or physiatry background strongly preferred

    Benefits
