    Nurse Practitioner

    We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner with a focus on women's health to join a dynamic clinical team. This role involves providing high-quality care, fostering patient education, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

    Job Description

    • Conduct comprehensive physical assessments, including gynecological exams and screenings.
    • Prescribe medications and therapies based on clinical evaluations and patient needs.
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using an electronic health record system.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
    • Educate patients about their health conditions and preventive care strategies in an accessible and empathetic manner.
    • Initiate diagnostic testing and interpret results to guide treatment planning.
    • Refer patients to specialists or other services when appropriate, and consult with supervising providers as needed.
    • Uphold strict standards of patient confidentiality and ethical practice.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinical discussions.
    • Engage in quality improvement efforts and support organizational goals.
    • Be receptive to constructive feedback and committed to professional development.

    Requirements

    • Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program and current licensure in New York State.
    • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in women's health.
    • Familiarity with underserved and diverse patient populations is highly valued.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

    Benefits

    • Annual salary: $130k-$180k (varies depending on years of experience)
