Physical Therapist

Need a Physical Therapist for a traveler position in Illinois! This position is in an outpatient setting and requires 6+ months of outpatient experience.

Job Description

• Traveler position for Physical Therapist / PT
• 13-26 weeks, with possible extension
• Split between two locations that are 5 minutes apart; Monday to Friday: 3 day/2 day split; 36 hours guaranteed, working up to 40 hours
• Located in the Evanston, Illinois area

Requirements

• Illinois license required
• CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• State License - Physical Therapist - Illinois
• NPI number
• Physical abilities to lift from 50-100 lbs
