Physical Therapist

We need a Physical Therapist for a traveler position in Indiana! This is an outpatient role, with 90% outpatient and 10% acute care. The position focuses on general orthopedics, balance, and chronic pain. It is a 13-week assignment with a possible extension, working Monday to Friday during the day.

Job Description

• Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient setting
• Focus on general orthopedics, balance, and chronic pain management
• Full-time hours for the duration of the assignment

Requirements

• Indiana license or compact eligible preferred
• CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• State License - Physical Therapist - Indiana
• NPI number

Physical Abilities

• Ability to lift from 50-100 lbs
