Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist needed for home health setting in Cape Cod, MA! This position offers 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with an unpaid half-hour lunch and occasional holidays.

Job Description

• Must have Crescendo prior home visit experience.
• Be able to evaluate and provide physical therapy care.
• Start of care as well as case management of a home-based caseload of a variety of patients - up to 6 units each day.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an institution accredited by the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association and by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Current PT license in Massachusetts required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Physical abilities to lift from 50-100 lbs.
