Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist needed for home health setting in Indianola, MS. Start ASAP for 13 weeks.

Job Description

• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Guaranteed work week: 40 hours
• Coverage: Indianola service area
• Average 4-6 visits per day depending on type of visit
• Home health and Oasis experience required, no exceptions
• Homecare Homebase documentation experience required
• Client may consider without Homecare Homebase if CLN agrees to complete online HCHB course prior to start date

Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support), State License-Physical Therapist-Mississippi, NPI number
• Physical abilities: From 50-100 lbs
