Job Description

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with established standards and practices.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Requirements

• CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• State License-Physical Therapist-North Carolina
• NPI number
• Physical abilities to lift from 50-100 lbs
