Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist needed for 13 weeks in an outpatient clinic in Oklahoma. Outpatient experience is preferred. Will accept new grads and first-time travelers.

Job Description

• 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours
• Patient population: general ortho
• Productivity expectation is 60 visits/week; will see 12-14 patients/day; double-booking of follow-up visits expected

Requirements

• CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support)
• State License - Physical Therapist - Oklahoma
• NPI number
• Physical abilities: from 50-100 lbs
