Anesthesiologist

We are seeking Anesthesiologists to join our Pennsylvania team for full-time locum tenens coverage. Providers must be experienced in Cardiac Anesthesia, including bypass and open-heart procedures, and comfortable with OB, Peds, and General cases. TEE certification is preferred but not required. This role involves mostly CRNA supervision, though hands-on support may be needed.

Job Description

• Shifts:
  • Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM start, 9-hour shifts
  • Call: 1-2 in-house calls/week (weekday & weekend availability required)
  • Weekend call can be 24-hour or split into 12-hour shifts
• Average Monthly Shifts: 20
• Typical After-Hours Volume: 1 delivery + 3 hours of cases after 7 PM
• Call Room: On-site accommodations available
• Cases: General, Cardiac, OB, Pediatrics
• Ortho Blocks: Basic blocks; potential for future expansion

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Certified / Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Must be willing to take call
• Active PA license or IMLC eligibility preferred
• Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• DEA required
