**Job Description**

- Day shifts, Monday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- No call (scheduled clinical hours only)
- Outpatient Electrophysiology Cardiology clinic
- Support staff available
- Patient volume of 8 to 12 per shift
- Department has 5 beds
- EMR system used is Epic
- Experience in Electrophysiology Cardiology required
- Providers requested: 2 full-time clinicians

**Requirements**

- Board Certification: Required
- Active Washington License or Compact (for NP)
- Certifications: ACLS and BLS
- Credentialing Timeframe: Days
- DEA: Required
